During his private practice years, Mark served as an arbitrator in more than one hundred hearings and appeared as the sole expert on an AAA produced video, entitled “Advanced Arbitration Techniques”.

He oversaw the branded licensing program for the company, as well as construction of their 30,000 sq ft warehouse and retail stores. As part of his portfolio, Mark was responsible for procuring the insurance required by the company, and acted to quickly resolve any insurance claims that might arise. He has also negotiated a litany of commercial contracts and employment agreements.
